21 Trending Posts On Retouching | Trends In Retouching | What Works On Social Media

In today’s times of content creation madness, it is hard to cut through the sheer overwhelming amount of social media posts. We gathered some of the most interesting posts on retouching across the most important social media platforms…

You probably do not feel any different when opening up a web browser. We see ourselves constantly bombarded with visual pleasures or frustrations.
When trying to find inspiration it seems to become harder to find quality resources by every month passing by. Once flourishing communities vanish into the unimportance. The ones we used to crave on visiting we now rarely can rely on upon without being confronted with distractions and pushed advertising.

Cutting Through The Gutter

We have gone through thousands of posts and images shared within the past few months and have been looking up which images had been the most trending or impactful across some of the common social media platforms creatives are using.

Contributing in a quality way is important to us, therefore we share our favorites with you!

Incompleteness – Disclaimer

This list cannot claim to be complete nor can it be truly objective.
We have been trying hard to give a fair representation of trends, however, if you feel something is missing, please, contribute to the community by sharing it in the comments!

Most Popular Facebook Posts On Retouching

We are picking some of the top Facebook posts on Retouching.
Facebook is still the king when it comes to having conversations about a visual topic even though Instagram might get more engaging. However, Facebook is still more about thriving a conversation than Instagram.
Our criteria here was finding the most liked posts over this summer.

We did exclude repetitive posts, posts about unretouched images, visually bad images or if someone had multiple high engaging images with no further contribution to starting a discussion.

Hottest Projects On Behance – Summer 2017

Behance is becoming a thriving source for today’s creatives and is very popular among my friends working in advertising agencies.

The platform is targeted at working professionals and is meant to be a showcase platform. People usually post their best work. In this environment, another set of rules applies compared to the regular social media platforms.

Browsing this resource on a daily basis can, over time, lead to being more inspired and to produce better work for we are so much influenced by the quality of work we see on a regular basis.

Currently Most Popular Posts On Instagram

Instagram might be a very trending platform and a good channel to distribute images and to find collaboration partners. However, it is quite hard to search for a certain time frame.

Tags can be searched for but you will have to stay engaged on the platform constantly to keep up with what is popping up.
IG is meant to be consumed multiple times a day to keep up with what interests you.
We wish there were more filtering options, as we can only show what is currently trending.

If you have a lot to share and love being constantly engaged with other people this might, however, be the platform best suited for you.
